Services and Fees

We are currently offering online counselling and working towards offering in-person session. Telephone of Video Counselling is available to clients. Both options are compliant with Ontario’s Privacy Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Fees begin at $160 per clinical hour. A clinical hour consists of a 50-minute face to face session (or online session), and 10 minutes for administration (fee collection, notes etc).
90-minute sessions (consisting of 75 minute face-to-face and 15-minute administration) begin at $180 per session.

Therapeutic Services

Individual Therapy

We take a non-judgmental and strength based approach to individual therapy with adults, youth and children. Individual counselling can help you gain insight about issues and challenges, and help you identify what steps can be taken to more effecting manage or overcome difficulties. Individual therapy can often help increase self-awareness and self Esteem.

Family Therapy

Family Therapy can help increase communication, empathy, conflict resolution skills, and develop healthy inter-family family dynamics. Therapy often focuses on increasing awareness about the strengths, skills of the family unit, and identifying areas and strategies that help to improve inter-family dynamics and the family unit’s overall wellbeing.

Workshops

Returning to Work Workshop

This one day workshop discusses some of the most common mental health concerns that employees experience with returning to the workplace, and discusses some strategies that help manage these challenges.

Caregiver Anxiety Workshops

This two-day workshop discusses some of the common ways that anxiety manifests in children and teens, and outlines the role that parents, caregivers and guardians can play in helping children and youth manage their anxiety more effectively.

Teen Anxiety Group

This two-day workshop focuses on providing an overview of anxiety for teens, and working towards strengthening their existing coping skills, and developing new strategies to cope with anxiety more effectively.

Wellness and Mental Health Consultation

This service provides an in-depth analysis of your organization's mental health and wellness policies and practices. We work with you to identify your wellness goals and optimize your existing wellness pathways and processes, as well as develop new approaches that meet your needs.
